Here's what to expect after you place an order with Zikoras.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your items ship.
Delivery estimates
Zikoras curates products from trusted suppliers, so delivery times vary by item and your location. Typical estimates after processing:
- United States: 3–12 business days, depending on the item and warehouse.
- International: 7–21 business days, where available.
If your order contains items from more than one supplier, they may arrive separately and in different timeframes — this is normal and there’s no extra charge to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your destination. Any applicable cost is shown before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Please allow a day or two for tracking to update after you receive it.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Wrong address or delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address you provided, email hello@zikoras.com and we’ll do our best to help.
